Caring for properties of people like me, who constantly live abroad, has much bigger value than the fees that haven’t changed since I became a client. Along with that more than fair contractual base, you kept almost all your promises with ever increasing competency – strict receipt of the monthly lease, payment of consumables, constant occupancy, the settlement of all the tax and insurance fees and so on. Further to that, in the interest of the Lessor your team undertook more than once the solution of unforeseen problems, far beyond the contract requirements.
